Following on from the success of the Scottish Producers event at Borough Market in January, SAC Food and Drink are planning another similar event focussed around St Andrews Day at the end of November this year.
Tue, 22 Jul 2014
This is a chance for Scottish micro and SME food and drink businesses to showcase and sell their products at one of London’s foodie meccas. It is also an opportunity to develop and strengthen relationships with customers, contacts and buyers.
The event will take place over the three market days of 27th, 28th and 29th November with an evening reception on one of the days for buyers and contacts.
Funding is available to help cover some of the costs but participants will be expected to contribute £150 each towards the cost of hiring the Market Hall where the event will take place and will need to pay their own logistics and accommodation costs.
Places are limited so those selected to take part in the event will be expected to attend a preparation workshop that is likely to take place in late September at a convenient time and venue.
